Isabella Baldwin is a fine art photographer and photoshop artist.
Her recent art is often built around surrealist ideas that construct visions of people and objects in unexpected and even strange circumstances, with the intention to explore the farthest reaches of imagination via photography. Through her understanding of graphic design, photography, and Photoshop she weaves together concepts into unique images that tell surprising stories.
Her career began in photography post-production which helped her develop a passion for Photoshop, a keen sight for detail, a rich understanding of color, and an admiration for fashion. Throughout her career she has worked at agencies and in-house for brands such as The RealReal, Old Navy, Men's Wearhouse, Levi’s, Nike, Adidas, Morphe, Cuyana, and others. She often uses her job as a retoucher to fund her personal projects.
She is a graduate of California Polytechnic State University in San Luis Obispo with a major in Graphic Communication, and a minor in Film. Her education gave her extensive experience as a graphic designer with an emphasis on print output for which she has won several awards including, The Phoenix Challenge Competition two years in a row, and a Publishing Professional Network Award for book design.
Continually evolving as an artist, Isabella seeks connection and collaboration. She is interested and available to work on projects of all types. She is currently based in Los Angeles.
